Refund policy

At WoodGala, we specialize in creating personalized, made-to-order gifts crafted uniquely for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, we uphold the following policy:

📦 No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any customized products.

⚠️ Exceptions

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not match the customization details provided in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or appropriate solution within 2 working days. 

In case there is a mistake in customization from our side or a defective/damaged piece is delivered, we shall process for a new product within 2 days and deliver in 6-7 days.

In case of in transit damages, kindly share an opening video within 48hr of delivery of the product. 

The opening video should begin before opening the parcel, should include all sides of the package and should not have any cuts in between.
